WOOD RIVER, Ill. - Carl M. Alley, 63, died at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 1, 2004, in Franklin County, Mo.
Born Feb. 20, 1941, in Sikeston, Mo., son of Dorothy Hastings Alley of Sikeston and the late John F. Alley, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He owned and operated the Eagle Transportation Company in Wood River.
Survivors in addition to his mother include: one daughter, April Moy of Bethalto; two grandchildren, Cassie Moy and Anthony Moy; one sister; and a special friend, Craig Farrell of Bethalto.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. Tuesday until service time at 12:30 p.m. at the Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto. Ron Woods will officiate.
Burial will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
