Robert Loy Hall, 94, of West Columbia, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2010. He was born on July 4, 1915 in Mulberry, Texas to Allie and Maude Hall. His kind and gentle spirit will be missed. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Baker Funeral Home~ West Columbia. Active pallbearers are Ronald Bell, Norman Bell, Frank Crocker, Jr., Charles Cummins, and Gary Cloudt. Burial will follow at Columbia Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Joe Hall, Rev. Ted Hall, Charles Hall, and Ned Hall; and sister, Marjorie Brosefsky. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pauline Hall of West Columbia; son, Gary L. Hall and wife Lisa of Houston, daughter, Kelly A. Hall of Houston, grandson, Garrett L. Hall and wife Allison of Austin; brothers, R. A. Hall of Dallas, and Jack Hall of Ravenna; sisters, Elsie Cummins of Lewisville, Ella Mae Smith of Alice, Neautha Young of Mason, Bobbie Lightfoot of Ocala, FL., Jamie Mumford of McAllen and Betty Sanford of Mulberry.
